1. What ThaiCaddyConnect Is

ThaiCaddyConnect ("we," "us," "the Platform") is an online booking platform that connects golfers with independent Thai golf caddies and golf companions ("Caddies") in Thailand. We provide the technology that allows golfers ("Members," "Users") to browse Caddie profiles, request bookings, and communicate booking details.

ThaiCaddyConnect is a caddie and golf-companion booking service only. We do not provide, arrange, or facilitate travel, tour, accommodation, transport, or sightseeing services, and we are not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not provide companionship, dating, or escort services of any kind — our sole function is connecting golfers with individuals who provide golf caddying and on-course golf companionship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book a Caddie, or apply to become a Caddie on the Platform.

3. Nature of the Relationship — Independent Contractors

Caddies who list a profile and accept bookings through ThaiCaddyConnect are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, workers, or representatives of ThaiCaddyConnect or Fulton Holdings Company Limited. ThaiCaddyConnect does not direct, supervise, schedule, or control how a Caddie performs her services, and is not responsible for the quality, conduct, or performance of any Caddie beyond the verification steps described in Section 5.

ThaiCaddyConnect acts solely as an intermediary connecting golfers and Caddies. Any agreement to provide caddying/companionship services for a specific booking is between the golfer and the Caddie directly.

4. Membership

• ThaiCaddyConnect offers a paid monthly membership (currently ฿1,000/month) providing unlimited booking requests, priority access, and access to Golfbook, our members-only community feature.
• Non-members may submit booking requests on a pay-per-booking basis.
• Membership fees are billed automatically via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel your membership at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how cancellation takes effect.

5. Caddie Verification

We take reasonable steps to verify Caddies who join the Platform, including reviewing submitted information and photos as part of an application process. However, verification does not constitute a guarantee of a Caddie's identity, conduct, skill level, or suitability, and ThaiCaddyConnect makes no warranty in this regard. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgement when arranging and attending a booking.

6. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through the Platform is a request only. A booking is not confirmed until accepted by the relevant Caddie (or, where applicable, until confirmed by ThaiCaddyConnect on the Caddie's behalf). Course availability, tee times, and course-specific rules are the responsibility of the golfer and the golf course; ThaiCaddyConnect does not guarantee tee-time availability unless explicitly stated for a specific booking.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward any Caddie or other User
• Request or offer services outside the scope of golf caddying and golf companionship, including any request for companionship, dating, or escort services
• Circumvent the Platform's booking or payment systems for the purpose of avoiding applicable fees
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any profile or listing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

8. Golfbook (Community Feature)

Golfbook is a members-only social feed for arranging rounds, sharing course reports, and connecting with other members. Content posted to Golfbook must comply with these Terms and applicable law. ThaiCaddyConnect may moderate, remove, or restrict content at its discretion.

9. Payments

All membership payments are processed via Stripe. ThaiCaddyConnect does not store your full payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for details on what payment-related information we do retain.

10. Limitation of Liability

See our separate Liability Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
