1. Platform Role

ThaiCaddyConnect provides a technology platform that connects golfers with independent Caddies. We do not employ, supervise, or control Caddies, and we are not a party to the arrangement made between a golfer and a Caddie for any specific booking.

2. No Liability for In-Person Activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThaiCaddyConnect and Fulton Holdings Company Limited are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, dispute, or incident arising from or connected to:

• A golf round, lesson, or on-course activity arranged through the Platform
• Transport to, from, or during a booking
• Any interaction, communication, or conduct between a golfer and a Caddie, whether arranged through the Platform or otherwise
• The accuracy of information provided by golfers or Caddies on their profiles or in communications
• Any golf course's own rules, conditions, facilities, or safety standards

3. User Responsibility

Golfers and Caddies are each responsible for their own conduct, safety, and compliance with any applicable golf course rules and local law while participating in a booking arranged through the Platform. We strongly encourage all Users to exercise sensible personal judgement and take standard precautions when meeting anyone arranged through the Platform for the first time.

4. No Warranty

The Platform and all Caddie listings are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any Caddie, booking, or course information listed or referenced on the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, ThaiCaddyConnect's total liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by that User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThaiCaddyConnect and Fulton Holdings Company Limited from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Platform, your conduct during a booking, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
